Answer to Question of the day-Estrogen and men.

Higher levels of estrogen in men can lower libido, lower the ability to dissolve blood clots and raise PSA levels (a marker used for prostate cancer).

Belly fat or visceral fat often increases the production of estrogen in men and women. So getting rid of the spare tire around the middle will definitely improve how you feel and your overall health as well.
